Hi Joanmarie,
Even the stable version Orca 2.30 gave me an identical problem. So I concluded that something was wrong with my environment, and not with Orca. I reinstalled the build environment and then Orca 2.31.5pre. Now Orca is running fine. Thanks for the prompt response. Regards.
