Little bubbles of interest pop up for evince accessibility from time to
time, but there's nobody actively working on it.  :-(  You can track the
evince a11y bug at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309015 by
adding yourself to the CC list for the bug.
