   And this The main reason, why I AM rrecommending many users to 
participate on The Ubuntu tests. Mr Yelavich is really excellent programmer 
and he repaired Pulseaudio source code and Speech -dispatcher source code so 
problems with Pulseaudio are really, really gone for ever and this sound 
server stopped to be The enemy for thousants of visually impaired users. 
Even volume control is now working reliably. User is even having The control 
on real values, higher than 50000, which are being sended to The Pulseaudio 
components.Â

I AM able to use all applications, whych are requiring The root privileges.
