Dear core developers of Orca 2.29.6,

   I found out, that Orca is speaking every item twice, if The object type
has The combobox assigment. For example, in The Orca preferences dialog
window, if user jump to The speech synthesizer combo box, Orca will always
speak The every item twice. Please, would be possible to fix this? This
behaviour is overloading speech synthesizer buffer.
