[orca-list] combining video files

I have a CD containing a holiday video.
If I were to play the CD on a Windows machine it would load each file
and play it in the correct sequence.
However at the moment I can't seem to be able to do this in Linux
although Totem movie player can play these files.There are something
over 30 files and they have .asf extentions.
Is there an accessible way of combining these files which works with
Orca?
I tried cat on them only it kept creating an empty file instead of
combining them.
