I feel strongly that it should be a user-definable key binding.  I
realize that is probably more work to implement but far more
flexible.  Perhaps one could assign a given key by default but
definitely should be changable.  As it is, I've run into some keys
already that I would like to change some time because of their awkward
finger positioning.
