[orca-list] bug #627451: To bind or not bind

        We need to take a decission with bug #627451 (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=627451)

        The question is, we should bind to a fixed key the notification management or let it as a user 
keybinding?

        I want to hear your thoughts!
