[orca-list] change the orca modifier key

Hi
I am using vinux3.0 ubuntu 10.04 lucid on a netbook. I want to change the orca modifier key from the caps 
lock key to the left windows or left start button key that way I can actually use my capslock key to enable 
and disable capslock. How do I do this? I went into orca preferences and into the key-bindings and all I see 
is read only edit caps_lock.
