The patch was done ages ago. <silly grin> Or rather, I have been
cranking out fixes for the System Voice issues y'all have found. So
there have been quite a few commits today, any one of which could make
that patch no longer compatible with master. Dealing with this is next
on my list. 

Turns out you don't have to get your UI changes in the tarball. Just in
by the day. (So technically, I'm overdue by 50 minutes. But I had some
unexpected make distcheck problems doing today's release. Ale to the
rescue!! Holy cow and thanks Ale!!)

Stay tuned for an update on this other patch/change in a bit.
