[orca-list] how to access top panel with orca in Ubuntu 10.04

hello all,
Firstly congrats to orca team.  all the rough tough edges during the 
beta of Ubuntu are seemingly polished.
I am right now running ubuntu 10.04 release candidate and all is well.
I only have one problem now, I press alt + control + escape but the top 
panel is not reached.
How to access the top panel?
