[orca-list] permanent to speech-dispatcher with the new gnome-version?

Hi
I tried to install the new ubuntu version. Unfortunately there was a lot 
wrong with it afterwards. One thing that struck me as strange was that 
no gnome-speech was available. Since that was apparent on the cd already 
I'm not sure if the image was faulty or if that's the way it is now.
