[orca-list] Choosing Orca voice at boot?

OK I can now get Gnome to display spanish text and orca to read in spanish by
putting lang=es and locale=es at the boot prompt. But this is read out with
an English accent, and has a UK qwerty keyboard layout. SO I think the
language bit it sorted its now just the voice and keyboard layout that need
changing. Does anyone know how to choose a person by passing an argument at
the boot prompt? e.g. orca=es,spanish etc???
