[orca-list] Orca's not a process of its own on my system

Hi,
unlike Ubuntu, Orca is not started as a process of its own on my system
(GRML 2008-11).
When i have to do a:
killall orca
I get the message that there's no such process.
I have to do:
killall python
instead.
Disadvantage: This kills all python applications.
So what's different on my system and why?
