I'm not sure what you mean by the mouse pointer. Can you provide more details? For example:

1) What URL are you going to?
2) What keys are you pressing on your braille display?
3) What keys are you pressing on your keyboard?
4) For the above, do you expect Orca to go and where does it actually go?

Finally, getting a small debug file of the above might help a lot to help us understand what you are experiencing. You can read more about getting Orca to create a debug file at:

braille still follows the mouse pointer only. Or the mouse pointer
