Voxin = Ttsynth = Eloquence = IBMTTS but packaged for Linux and by the Oralux team.

They do probably did as other projects have changed their names for
trademark-reasons.
BTW you are missing something essential: Voxin or Ttsynth are the names of
the repackage, not the name of the TTS.
