[orca-list] Orca-customizations.py now easier than ever!

Hi,
There is now a web based application to help with the creation of a orca-customizations.py file.  It adds battery status, date, time, and weather conditions.  You will be able to set your own keybindings for each one of these functions.  Also, because you can add your postal code during creation, there is no longer any need to edit the file once it is downloaded.  Once the file downloads, it is a simple matter of just placing it in your .orca directory and restarting Orca.  It is my intention to make this as simple as possible so that anyone regardless of their technical skills can use it.  So, if you don't mind helping test it, let me know if there are any parts that are unclear etc.  I plan on expanding it in the future by offering 12 or 24 hour time formats, different date formats, what ever is needed.  If you have any suggestions for improvements, please let me know.
