[orca-list] Build Error

Hi,

Build error while building from latest git source.

$ make
cd . && /bin/bash /home/arky/packages/orca/missing --run autoheader
autoheader: error: AC_CONFIG_HEADERS not found in configure.in
make: *** [config.h.in] Error 1
