[orca-list] sometimes pitch is changed

Hi all,
I don't know exactly how to reproduce.
Sometimes when I press ctrl+w, ctrl

+s, ctrl+v and etc, the pitch of my synthesizer changes as if was typing or reading in uppercase.

I've orca configured to announce uppercase text in a different pitch and this is what is used in the 
described above.

Perhaps it can be related to the fact that I am using Ibm via voice?
Anyone experiencing the same?
