[orca-list] 2 Orca issues

Hi All

I've recently come back to Orca after having not used it for some
time.  I'm running version 2.26.3.  I've noticed the following,
totally unrelated issues:

1. If the keyboard layout is set to laptop, then regardless of the
setting for key echo locking keys, caps lock is not spoken.  Obviously
it would be annoying if it was spoken whenever it is used as the orca
key, but when it is being toggled it would be very useful.

2. In firefox, going back puts me to the top of the page rather than
on the link I came from.  I definitely remember this being discussed
on the list in the past but can't remember the conclusion.

I was wondering if these are known issues or specific to my system.
If the former, are they fixed in the 2.27 versions?  

More generally, are there any major improvements in the 2.27 versions?
I'm running 2.26.3 as its the version currently packaged by Arch,
but I'm happy to compile from source if there's good reason to do so.
