Tab to the slider pain. Or press tab until you hit the search box then
shift-tab twice. Then on that slider just use the arrow keys to change
the value which will either fast forward or rewind.
Make sure you tab away from the slider once done, because orca will
drive you nuts since it will repeat every time the slider changes...
