1. /etc/orbitrc:

ORBIIOPIPv4=1
ORBLocalOnly=1
ORBIIOPIPName=127.0.0.1

2./usr/java/jre/lib/accessibility.properties

assistive_technologies=org.GNOME.Accessibility.JavaBridge

3./usr/java/jre/lib/ext/gnome-java-bridge.jar

you should this file is in your jre directory.
