[orca-list] unable to find gail package or source package

Hello there,

According to the instructions on the Orca home page under Downloading
and Installing I did a "sudo apt-get install gail", and a "sudo apt-get
build-dep gail".  According to apt-get there is no source or package for
gail. I have everything installed but the at-spi.  I have gail and atk
compiled from source and installed.  Any help where to go at this point
would be appreciated.
