[orca-list] mozilla apps and orca some problems

Hello,

Sorry for my bad english.

1. Thunderbird
Flatreview doesn't work correctly.
The folderlist can be read with numpad_7 and numpad_9 but 1/3 does
allways spell the fokused word.

2. firefox
i.ve a dsl router which uses mouseover links on its configpage.
These are not usable with firefox and latest orca.
if needed I can give access to these pages.
