this seems odd, the only time I get headings spoken when in list view is
when there is no information in that column for the contact, eg.
somebody   somebody somedomain com   business phone   home phone
business fax   home fax   mobile phone

would be the sort of output if only the name and email address was
filled in.

The patch which fixes this supposedly will be checked in the orca 2.22
branch and will be there for orca 2.22.3, should you not want to go to
trunk.

I think others have sometimes reported speaking of headings only in
lists before, I am wondering why that happens and if it is down to a
setting somewhere or how different distros may compile things.
