Ah...keyboard navigation issues.  Yeah...they suck.  They are very very
very very hard to debug as well.  Sigh.  If we only had good keyboard
navigation built into FF....  :-(

How to get to the bottom of bug 527959?

I found the functions in Gecko.py that handle the caret movement -
specifically, the next line command and the associated functions to locate the
next object in the accessibility hierarchy. However, it wasn't clear how to
find out what was going on short of creating a copy of Orca somewhere, getting
it to run, and adding print statements in the right places. In the end I
didn't have time to follow this up, but I am sure there are ways of debugging
this kind of problem efficiently.
