I am suddenly finding myself unable to launch Firefox 3 on one of my
machines. I get the message that says Firefox is already running but not
responding, and I should close that session first and try again.
This is certainly not so--the machine has been rebooted, yet this
message comes up if I try to start FF.
If I move ~/.mozilla out of the way, FF happily starts. But, I don't
want to lose all my settings.
So, what is FF looking at in .mozilla that's causing this problem. Is
there a file there I can delete? Some flag to clear in a file?
All help much appreciated. I'm frustrated not being to run FF at this
workstation. I've grown dependent on FF and Orca, you see! <grin>
