Maybe this issue solved in a english based list it'snt so interesting
for everyone but only in case...
Scenario
Opensuse 10.3
Orca 2.20 /Festival 1.96 /GnomeSpeech
Procedure
0 Close Orca
1 Download from http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/downloads/festival/1.95/ the
file named festvox_ellpc11k.tar.gz and untar it
2 Copy the file from 2 into folder /usr/share/festival/voices
3 Start/Open Orca
