Hi all
Martin, you have to look for the festvox-ellpc11k package in order to install Festival spanish voice.
I don't know if Opensuse has packaged it yet, but I have found a repository for Opensuse that convert Debian
packages, perhaps you find this useful:
http://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/OpenSuSE/repositories/Ports:/DebianBased:/Auto/openSUSE_Factory/repodata/repoview/festvox-ellpc11k-0-1.4.0-8.5.html
Hope this help.
Regards
Javier
