Hi Lenny:
Strange. :-( You might try removing your ~/.orca directory (making
sure it's completely gone) and re-doing the Orca setup as your normal
login user, not root.
For system administration via Orca, the following URL contains some

My intent was to give Orca the ability to run in those apps like network, or
gparted, and the like, where Orca never worked because of being
administrative apps.
