Hi,

I would suggest as a starting point to read the wiki pages for Orca.  You 
will find a lot of questions answered there.  These pages can be found at:

http://live.gnome.org/Orca

Second, with respect to system administration apps, there is a page on that 
wiki that will tell you how to set things up so that you can gain access to 
most of the sys admin apps.  I can start and use the Network Administration 
tool. Go to:

http://live.gnome.org/Orca/SysAdmin

Finally, the gnome terminal application can be found in the menus accessed 
by Alt-F1.  Go to Applications/accessories/terminal.
