[orca-list] no sound from orca in Hardy

Hello,
I just upgraded to ubuntu hardy and have lost orca speech.  How can I 
check which sound device hardy is using?  Is it using alsa or something 
else?

Also I have speech dispatcher installed it, but orca can't find it.
