Ok, I would first try and run sudo apt-get -f install, to see if that resolves anything. If that doesn't
work, I would remove the file that it is trying to replace, and try again. Keep doing this until the package
installs.
If that doesn't work, remove python-pyatspi, finisht eupdate, and try again. This will remove gnome-orca, but
simply re-install gnome-orca again and python-pyatspi will again be installed.
