[orca-list] Getting orca to see other speech synthesizers

hello everyone,



I've installed a ceptral voice to test with orca. However, I am not sure how to get orca to see the cepstral 
engine to switch to it. Since i'vve not heard back from capital acesibility concerning ttsynth I would try 
something else in the mean time. I'm hoping to get ttsynth back to try it with orca. If anyone has any 
recommendations for any other synthesizer other then espeak please advise.
