[orca-list] how to use female voices of espeak in orca?

hello all,
I would like to know which version of espeak should I install to have
orca use the female voices of espeak,
any particular things to follow?
further more can some one inform if cepstral voices are good enough to
work with orca?
by the way is cepstral free software?
