I can add Debian, GRML and Knoppix as accessible, but you need a braille
display. The latter two are Debian like and GRML is mainly a text based
system.
Knoppix can be set up with Gnome, but Orca does not work out of the box;
I suspect that atp-spi and the like has to be set up correctly.
I think Suse is at least partially accessible with supported braille
displays.
