Sorry for self reply, but upon further investigation, my links weren't
at the bottom of the page and I think there are some Google Ad links
that are causing navigation to be stuck. If I tab past them or use
object navigation, I seemed to get past that point and another time, I
actually heard the links' full text spoken when navigating by line.
So I can only say at this point, things are just plain funky but
workable.

I just went to a website at Linux Journal and noticed some links where
the text is not spoken when reading line by line. It is spoken,
however, when you use the flat review keys and read over the line
words at a time. The link is below.
http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/mysqls-fate-future-open-source
Read line by line to the bottom where you see links to digg. I think
there are several links but each one points to a different service:
NewsVine and Technorati for examples. If you read with flat review
keys, you will hear these names but line reading just says "Digg
link".

Not sure what to make of this but am sure glad the review keys are back.
