There's one more possibility to indicate links:
Open the Orca preference dialog, either for all applications or the
application specific one:
In the speech tab you can adjust the pitch for several events and one is
for links. So change the pitch and you "hear" a link.
Note: The concept of Orca differs completely to Windows screen readers
such as Window Eyes (there's no virtual buffer etc.) and the community
decided not to implement that large bunch of features, known from the
Windows world. So to explore an unknown webpage, we must install
additional tools, such as the Accessibility Extension recommended a few
days ago.
There's no Orca feature regarding frames, but you can jump between
frames by using the FF hotkeys F6 and Shift+F6.
