[orca-list] Building Orca from SVN HELP!

I'm getting underway to install Orca latest trunk on my gnome 2.20.2
setup; I've already built gail and had to install gnome-common along
the way but when doing a ./autogen.sh for atk package, I get errors
with the version of glib.  My setup has glib-2.14.4 in place and atk
requires glib-2.5.7 or later; well, that dependency seems fine but it
fails the second of two tests for this fact.  The first test in the
configure process went fine but the second came up with a bunch of
unresolved references during the link step so the config fails.  My
current production environment has atk-1.20.0 from dropline packages
can I keep going with that version of atk and proceed with building
atk-spi or am I destined for even more problems doing that?  Back to
the original problems, I am willing to share the config.log with
anyone who's interested.  I think it too large to attach to this
e-mail.

Any ideas on what could be wrong here?
