[orca-list] Instructions for configuring Orca to work with the Tilda terminal.

Hello,

yesterday I asked how I could go about making Orca work with Tilda hoping
for functionality similar to that provided by gnome-terminal.  To my
delight, this was much easier than origionally anticipated.
