I'm noticing a couple keyboard echo problems with this build of orca
(svn 3561).
First, the capsloc toggle isn't speaking properly. I notice that it
always says "Caps lock on" every time it is pressed. In reality
however, the actual case is changing properly.
The second problem I'm noticing, is I can't get Word mode to work
properly. Now, I am doing all this in the terminal so perhaps
something is going on with gnome-terminal But in any case, whether the
Word echo checkbox is checked or not, I still get every key stroke
echoed as I type ordinary text such as this message. Maybe it is
because the terminal is echoing back or something; not sure though.
I'll have to take a look in gedit or some place other than a terminal
app and see if it behaves differently.
Anyone else notice any of these problems?
