Hi Fabiano, 
How did  you configure the table speech row option in the orca
preferences page? if its value is set to speak current cell, change to
speak current row. This is how I'm using without problems.
I've problems with evolution in other areas but accessing the message
list view is quite usefull in evolution. However I must tell you that my
setup is not in portuguese.
