[orca-list] List Requests

Does anyone know if the list server (mailman) is having troubles? I'm
trying to subscribe myself from a gmail address but I never get
anything back from the server.  I can get a help message back but no
subscription confirmations or any of that.  I am using
orca-list-request gnome org for the address and then put subscribe in
the subject.  That gives me nothing.  If I put help in the subject
line, I get a help message for the response really soon.

So what might be wrong here?
