[orca-list] Echoing Speech

While using Speech Dispatcher 0.6.5 and espeak 1.36.02, I'm noticing a
strange echoing of characters if the chars are specified in the
espeak.conf file under the EspeakPunctuationList variable. An
example would be the default @ + or _ symbols or any others that one
might add to this list. Just use the Orca flat review read word or
read line keys or use the arrow keys and read line by lin in gedit
over a text file with these symbols to demonstrate the problem. I
hadn't noticed this until I upgraded espeak to version 1.36.02 the other day.

Anyone else notice this? When I tried spd-say to pass these sinble
characters to espeak, I did not get the echo; nor did I get when I ude
the flat review keys to read a single character. So I can't tell if
it is speech dispatcher or Orca. If I remove these exception
characters from the punctuation list, that echo goes away for that
symbol. I should also say that I'm using "Most punctuation" in Orca
and I have not tried this yet in gnome-speech either.
