If I writing message with evolution application and pressing backspace 
key, Orca can not spoken the deleted character.
Have you the same problem ?


Yup, I'm afraid it's a bug in Evolution.  See:

Given that it's a pretty major bug and one that has seen no action,
perhaps adding comments to that bug might get it some attention. (I
hope.)
