[orca-list] Orca preferences

I am using Orca (svn version 3803) on Ubuntu 8.04
In orca preferences when I want to set the volume, I found a default
setting to 9 and if try to set another value it isn't saved.
Have you the same problem ?
Where can I report this bug, if it is a bug..
