I have finished the implementation of voice properties in the Speech 
Dispatcher backend.  I have submitted a patch already, but for those who 
don't want to wait before it gets to Orca SVN, I'm also sending the 
updated version of the backend to the list.


It's now in Orca SVN.  Thanks Tomas!
