If you use the latest Orca from SVN, the Speech Dispatcher backend is
already included, so there is no need to download the .py file and
modify your settings.py.  Sorry for the outdated wiki, I will update it
asap.  Speech Dispatcher will automatically appear in the configuration
GUI and this version also supports speech/cursor synchronization and the
read-all function.
