Hi.

I depend on a screen reader for access to Gnome.  The system sounds are also important.  One issue you 
haven't mentioned is a case where a web site starts playing sound.  If the audio system can't handle multiple 
sounds at the same time, you will loose the screen reader when you visit any of these sites.
