Orca doesn't always get focus when starting a program

Hi all,
during the last few days I often observed, that, when I start an
application, Orca does not get the focus. The focus remains on the last
used application, or it seems to be in nowhere land.
This does not occur in a specific program.
Has anyone experienced this too?
