Orca viavoice problem

Hi,

I am using orca from svn (trunk).
In the preferences dialog speech-tab the changes to rate and pitch 
were not spoken.
They take effekt after pressing ok. So its a bit difficult to setup 
these vallues.
I remember that this worked a few months ago.

Gnomespeech is a snapshot from svn.
